We are investing £3.8 million in 39 mentoring programmes around the country. This money will support 20,000 pre-GCSE teenagers at risk of not fulfilling their potential at school which can impact on their career and earnings later in life.
 
It is part of a wider first tranche of a £12million fund administered by the Company which aims to boost social mobility by creating a new generation of mentors from the business community.
