Claudia Harris is the founding Chief Executive of The Careers & Enterprise Company. She was previously a partner at the consultancy firm McKinsey & Company. Other former roles include working in the healthcare team at the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit and serving on the Steering Committee of the 30% Club.

Claudia is an Enterprise Adviser at Harris Academy in St John’s Wood, London where she helps support the team in developing their school careers strategy. Last year they achieved 8 Gatsby Benchmarks. 

She is also the chairman of Makers which supports mid career switchers to train as software engineers.

Claudia grew up in London and has an undergraduate degree from Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard.
