Mo is Founder & Chief Executive Officer of IN4.0 Plc, who have formed a ground-breaking joint venture business with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan).

IN4.0 at UCLan focus on using disruptive technologies to streamline manufacturing processes in order to increase revenue and efficiency.

Previously, Mo was Group Director at Hobs Plc, where he led Hobs Studio. In the space of four years, it established itself as one the UK’s leading providers of 3D printing, 3D scanning and AR/VR.

Mo was Manging Director of MPG, which was acquired by Hobs Plc, a Digital Print and Document Management Company with headquarters in Manchester city centre.  The business was listed in the Financial Times 100 fastest growing UK companies and grew to one of the largest independent digital print companies in the UK. 

A Board Member of the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership, leading on schools and future skills, Mo is also Chair of the Greater Manchester Careers and Employability Board and was Chair of Blackburn and Darwen Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) for five years.

Mo is also a Founding Director and Vice Chair of STAR Academies, a leading Multi Academy and Free Schools Trust, operating 25 Schools across the country. Two of the trust’s Blackburn schools have been ranked 1st and 3rd of all schools nationally for two consecutive years.
