Chair, Christine Hodgson is Chairman of Severn Trent plc, prior to that she was Chairman of Capgemini UK plc, having worked there for more than 20 years in a number of UK and Global roles.

Deputy Chair, Steve Holliday is a businessman and engineer. He was Chief Executive of National Grid plc from 2007 to 2016, and was a Non-Executive Director of Marks & Spencer plc from 2004 to 2014.
