The categories highlight the expertise, talent and behaviours required to ensure all young people are inspired and prepared for the world of work.

Enterprise Adviser of the Year
Awarded to an Enterprise Adviser who is delivering best practice careers support.
Careers Hub of the Year
Awarded to the Careers Hub who can demonstrate how and why they are achieving significant progress in performance against the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Employer of the YearSmall & Medium Employer of the Year
Awarded to the Small & Medium employer that is delivering their own tailored programme to schools or colleges – demonstrated through both an innovative approach and delivery of meaningful encounters for young people.Large Employer of the Year
Awarded to the Large employer that is delivering their own tailored programme to schools or colleges – demonstrated through both an innovative approach and delivery of meaningful encounters for young people.
Careers Provider of the Year
Awarded to a careers provider that has demonstrated best practice provision, and who can demonstrate how and why they have effectively scaled whilst maintaining quality support for young people.
Careers Leader of the Year
Awarded to a Careers Leader in a school or college that is showing a significant improvement against the Gatsby Benchmarks, enhanced outcomes for young people and increased the sustainability of the careers programme within their school.
SEND Champion of the Year
Awarded to an individual or a school or college, achieving improved career outcomes for young people with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities.
School or College of the Year
Awarded to a school or college with an excellent career programme, meeting all eight Gatsby Benchmarks.
Progress from a School or College
Awarded to the school or college that has made the most progress against the eight Gatsby Benchmarks.
Innovation of the Year
Awarded to the school or college that has delivered one or more of the Gatsby Benchmarks in an innovative way.
Partnership of the Year
Awarded jointly to a school or college and partner organisation that has created a successful partnership providing best practice careers support for young people.
