Ambition is the leading national school leadership development charity, training over 10,000 leaders in over 2,400 schools. Their new programme focuses on developing the essential leadership skills needed to enable careers leaders to design and implement a successful whole-school careers strategy that directly impacts the lives of those who need it most.

Ansbury Guidance

Ansbury will be delivering a high-quality programme for staff training to become Careers Leaders across the South West of England.

Canterbury Christ Church University

Canterbury Christ Church University have been training careers professionals for 18 years. Their careers leaders training is underpinned with clear theoretical principles, so trainees will be able to implement what they learn straight away.

Career Connect

Career Connect has a detailed history of delivering effective training that achieves outcomes and exceeds expectations. We have substantial experience in using digital technology, including webinars and E-portfolio to maximise participation and flexible assessment methods.

Career Development Institute

As the UK-wide professional body for the careers development sector, the CDI is ideally placed to provide this training. All of their trainers have many years’ experience of supporting professionals to develop career guidance programmes.

Entrust

Entrust work in partnership with schools, academy trusts and Local Authorities to provide specialist expertise, ensuring every child and young person; receives a good education, is in a safe and healthy environment and is given expert guidance to realise their full potential.

Futures

Futures Professional Development Centre has an established reputation for the training and assessment of CEIAG qualifications. Their programme will result in the achievement of an accredited qualification through OCR providing a pathway to recognition by the sector’s professional body.

University of Derby

The team at the University of Derby’s ‘International Centre for Guidance Studies’, is an internationally recognised research and teaching centre whose focus is on career development and the interventions which support individuals to make decisions and manage their careers.

RGG Associates Ltd. is a training company based in East Yorkshire which specialises in accredited and non-accredited training and assessment for Careers professionals.

Nottingham Trent University

Nottingham Trent University has a proven history of supporting staff in schools and colleges to apply learning and facilitate change, shape and enhance careers provision, embedding the Gatsby principles to maximise pupil outcomes.

The EAST Careers Training

The EAST Careers Training develops skills and knowledge as a Careers Leader with high quality training in the East of England. Delivered in partnership between Suffolk and Norfolk County Councils, who have been specialising in Careers Training for over 20 years.

The Teach First Careers Leader Programme trains middle to senior leaders to improve the careers and employability provision in schools and ensure every child reaches a destination that matches their potential.

The University of Huddersfield

The University of Huddersfied has a long-established and successful history of delivering Career Guidance for over 40 years. It is a gold-rated university in the Teaching Excellence Framework.

The University of Warwick

The University of Warwick is a top 100 international university, with a reputation for research excellence and consistently ranked in the UK top 10 universities. It offers an established and successful careers programme for busy professionals.
