We are delighted to announce the launch of the Careers & Enterprise Fund 2018 (CEF18).

The Careers & Enterprise Fund was set up to ensure that all young people are given multiple encounters with the fast-changing world of work. We focus our funding on where it is needed, with 75% going to the geographical areas most in need of support, or ‘cold spots’.

The new fund will allocate £4.2million of investment funding focusing on geographical areas of need and targeting the most disadvantaged young people. The fund is split into two different parts: Employer Encounters and Disadvantaged groups.

Our CEF18 prospectus provides more information on the application process, timeline, FAQs and information as to how the money will be split between the two parts of the fund. We want to ensure that all young people have the opportunity to succeed and believe that this fund will ensure that many more young people receive the opportunities, support, advice and guidance to do just that.

The written application form will be available on our website from 8 June 2018.

More information about the fund, including previous recipients can be found on our Careers & Enterprise Fund page.
