Strategic and Operational Hub Leads work closely together to ensure that their Careers Hub delivers against The Careers & Enterprise Company’s national strategic Careers Hub plan. The Strategic Hub Lead takes the overarching responsibility for the Hub and ensures there is alignment with local skills priorities, while the Operational Hub Lead is accountable for the day-to-day implementation and management of the team.
