For employers, working with the education sector is a vitally important way to support young people in finding their best next step.  It is also a way for business to connect with the next generation and play an active role in helping shape the skills of tomorrow’s workforce.

To support employers provide high quality engagement and have the most impact for both the young person and their business, we now have the Employer Standards, which help business focus their work with schools and colleges and create the impact they are looking for. 

There are lots of ways employers can support young people, working with individual schools, special schools, or colleges, connecting via our Careers Hubs.   Employers working with the education sector say it is helping them demystify their sector, develop talent pipelines, increase diversity and attract job and apprenticeship applicants.
