Training providers

There are slight differences in the way our providers structure and deliver their courses. However, all of them provide the same learning outcomes. For all Careers Leaders:

1. To understand the role and value of a Careers Leader.
2. To understand relevant statutory guidance and to understand meaningful achievement of the Gatsby Benchmarks.
3. To understand how careers can act as a driver for school, special school or college improvement. 
4. To understand how to effectively evaluate careers provision.
5. To understand how careers provision can be responsive to learner need and evaluation insight.

For Careers Leaders in, or ambitions to be in, strategic/senior leadership positions:​

1. To explore concepts of maturity and sustainability of strategic careers leadership.
2. To understand how to position careers as a vehicle for whole school, special school or college improvement.
3. To understand how to effectively impact-evaluate careers provision.
