The Careers & Enterprise Company is delighted to invite you to join our Digital Hub with a space designed especially for Schools, Special Schools, Colleges and ITPs. 

The Digital Hub will enable you to access training and resources to support you to better understand the value of careers leadership, the careers education landscape, understand the role and value of a Careers Leader and how subject teachers can contribute to good careers education.

There are separate online learning modules tailored for the following groups:

  • Careers Leaders: Induction
  • Careers Leaders: Parental Engagement
  • Education Leaders: Introduction to careers
  • ITPs: Introduction to Careers Leadership for Training Providers
  • Governors: Introduction to careers
  • Teachers: Understanding Career Pathways
  • Teachers: Careers in the Curriculum Awareness - Coming Soon!

Follow the step by step instructions below to help you log in to the Digital Hub. There are two sets of instructions to join depending on whether you currently use our online tool Compass/Compass+ to track and manage your institution's careers provision.

I haven’t received my temporary password, what should I do?

Sorry for the inconvenience, we know that there have been a small number of people having an issue with receiving the temporary password.  

Please email digitalhub@careersandenterprise.co.uk to let us know. Our tech team will then email you with a new temporary password within the following two working days.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Please change your password on Compass/Compass+ and then use the new log in details to access the Digital Hub.

I am not a Careers Leader but I am thinking about developing my career to work in careers guidance. Will the free modules help me?
