The Careers & Enterprise Company works with employers, funders, and representative organisations across different industries and sectors who want to engage with education, or are investing in the education system to help close skills and disadvantage gaps.

Where sectors are looking to increase their reach into education, we utilise our regional network of 44 Careers Hubs covering 96% of schools and colleges, in partnership with Mayoral Strategic and Local Authorities, to maximise effectiveness of engagement and target outreach.
Using our extensive, unique national data insights we support organisations to understand and connect with the parts of the education system that will have the biggest impact on connecting young people with opportunities and addressing priority skills gaps.

You can partner with us in two ways:

1. Fund a programme or strategic initiative

We partner with employers, foundations and other funders to design and deliver programmes that address shared priorities, from closing disadvantage gaps to tackling skills shortages and improving young people’s access to meaningful workplace experiences

2. Work with us on a tender or bid

We welcome conversations with organisations interested in working with us, to respond to relevant funding opportunities, bids and tenders. CEC has a track record of attracting external investment and we are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve the impact and effectiveness of the support we provide to young people and educational institutions.

By partnering with us we can provide strategic insight into the education system, partnerships with local Careers Hubs and schools and impactful ways to use national datasets. We would love to hear from you if you have a tender or grant opportunity you would like to discuss.
