Jennie Cole - Hailsham Community College

Jennie Cole is a Careers Leader at Hailsham Community College and strives to provide the best careers education for her students by delivering a range of programmes designed to enrich student experiences.

Jennie works with a range of people in the Network, including Scott Monk an Enterprise Adviser, to develop and share initiatives, including engaging and informing parents on careers education. Hailsham Community College is attended by a high number of Gypsy Roma Traveller students and together with principal, Phil Matthews, the college has developed a good relationship with this community to remove barriers to provide a suitable environment for GRT students to develop and experience meaningful workplace encounters.
