Kika Charalambous continuously drives careers forward within the school and is focused on ensuring every young person can secure employment when they leave school, supporting a very varied cohort of students and delivering this across 3 sites.
As Head of School - Horizon Campus (Post 16) and Careers Leader at West Lea School, a special educational needs and disabilities school, Kika has developed a range of meaningful careers programmes to suit all students including a successful Supported Internship Programme. She is full of ideas to improve careers education across the school and delivers this with a huge amount of energy and positivity.
